Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Laundry Service Phuket

These Terms and Conditions outline the services provided by Laundry Service Phuket and the limitations of liability associated with those services. By using our services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Services

1. Laundry Service Phuket offers pickup, cleaning, drying, and delivery of textiles.

2. Express services and ironing are available upon request.

3. Heavy stains and dirt that require special treatment are not included in the standard service. For such conditions, a separate agreement and additional charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

1. Laundry Service Phuket is not liable for damage to textiles caused by age, fabric composition, or pre-existing defects.

2. Any liability for shrinkage, fading, color changes, wear and tear, or other damage that may occur during the normal cleaning process is excluded to the extent permitted by Thai law.

3. Laundry Service Phuket is not responsible for lost buttons, zippers, or other decorative elements on garments.

Loss or Damage of Garments

1. In the event of damage to garments, Laundry Service Phuket will compensate the customer with a maximum reimbursement of 350 THB per item, provided the damage was caused by negligence during the cleaning process.

2. In the event of lost garments, Laundry Service Phuket will compensate the customer for the current market value of the lost item, with a maximum reimbursement of 350 THB per item.

Valuables and Pockets

1. Customers are responsible for emptying pockets and removing valuables before handing in their laundry.

2. Laundry Service Phuket accepts no liability for items left in pockets or garments.

Right to Refuse Service

1. Laundry Service Phuket reserves the right to refuse cleaning of heavily soiled or damaged laundry that could disrupt the regular cleaning process.

Express Service and Delivery Guarantee

1. Although we strive to complete all services on time, external circumstances may cause delays. Laundry Service Phuket is not liable for delivery delays outside of our control.

Liability in Case of Force Majeure

1. Laundry Service Phuket is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Payment and Invoicing

1. Prices are listed as net prices in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Thai law. The place of jurisdiction is Phuket, Thailand.

Changes to the T&Cs

1. Laundry Service Phuket reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.

2. The current T&Cs will be published on our website and will apply to all new orders from the time of publication.
